Retreat

Join us at our first Victorian Retreat
Unwind and Rejuvenate in the Victorian Country Side

Did you enjoy Bohemian Summer Festival but have felt a deep pull to reconnect to your sisterhood since? Our larger Festival will take place in February 2025 but in the meantime you are warmly invited to join us at a smaller all-inclusive gathering this September.
Escape to the tranquility of regional Victoria, just a 2.5-hour drive from Melbourne or a 1-hour drive from Ballarat. Join us for a transformative 2-night bush retreat focused on connection and self-discovery. Unplug from the daily hustle of life and plug into the tranquil energy of the mountains.

Limited to no more than 50 women, our retreats are ideal for those looking for a smaller village gathering to allow you the space to reconnect with your inner self and your community.

This all-inclusive retreat is designed to nourish your soul, melt away stress, and guide you towards a more balanced and fulfilling life. Through a unique blend of workshops, crafts, embodied dancing and self-empowerment, you will reclaim and celebrate your ancestorial birthright.

Meet the presenters
Wilderness Within
My name is Laura Jayne and I warmly welcome you to Wilderness Within.
I created Wilderness Within as a space to share my passions, skills and medicine with the world.
I am a nature guide, keeper of the women's mysteries, songstress and drummer. I am a woman of the Earth.
Opening & Closing Ceremony
Songs of Women
Gathering together in ceremony, raising our voices together in songs that celebrate the feminine, the earth, sisterhood and love! No singing or musical experience necessary.

Morning Connection to Nature
Together we will spend some time gently connecting with the Earth below our feet, the elements that surround us and our place as wild humans walking on this Earth. We will ground and open ourselves to beautiful connections with nature.

Liz the Radiance Coach
Liz the Radiance Coach is a certified Pleasure Coach of the School of Womanly Arts and a qualified Qoya teacher. She helps women, and those that identify as female or femme, to realise their inner strength, power and wisdom by getting out of their heads and into their bodies.
How to Love Your Body More
Liz will show you how to stop fighting against your body and to shift to a more positive way of thinking about her. Topics: social media, gratitude, embodiment and more.

Qoya class
A free dance class that reminds you that your essence is Wise, Wild and Free. It's designed to get you out of your head and into your body; to dance with your emotions rather than think about them. There is no way to do Qoya wrong and the way you know you are doing it right is that it feels good to you, it feel honest and true. All directions during the class are an invitation only, if a direction doesn't work for you, please find a way to move that does.

Fabiene is a shadow integrator, light language activator and channel. She is an ancient being bringing the divine remembrance of self to those who are awakening to their multidimensional mastery. Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, Fabiene is a mirror for you to see what your soul already knows.
Connect to your Spirit Guides
The spiritual journey can be intense and feel lonesome but we always have a team of spirit guides surrounding us. Our spirit guides protect and serve us in their loving wisdom for our highest good. Take your place in sacred circle to learn what spirit guides are, and connect with your own team of guides who eagerly await to collaborate in the grandest manifestation of your life’s desires.

Awakening the Wisdom of your Ancestors
The legacy of our ancestors is their loving wisdom. Come gather in Sacred Circle to explore this birth right. Be guided in meditation to awaken and activate the loving wisdom of your lineages. We will then move and dance to integrate and anchor this wisdom as we flow through a soundscape of ancestral rhythms.

Acknowledgement Of COUNTRY
In the spirit of reconciliation, Bohemian Summer Festival and Cave Hill Creek acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we gather and their connections to land, waterways and community. We recognise and pay respect to Djab Wurrung, Dja Dja Wurrung and Wathourong peoples and honour the history, culture and spirituality of their Elders and Ancestors. For thousands of years these peoples met nearby on the banks of the Fiery Creek to socialize and trade, a tradition we are privileged to continue at Cave Hill Creek today.
We would also like to pay our respect to the community, past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today. We recognise their connection to Country, and the significant role they have played in caring for and maintaining these lands over thousands of years. Their strength, wisdom and history will be forever imbued in the spirit of Cave Hill Creek.
